About these terms
These terms cover your use of the RHS Performance website, run by RHS Performance Ltd (company number 14131314), Unit 15 Fenpark Industrial Estate, Fenton, Stoke on Trent ST4 3JP. They do not replace the terms of any sale: every vehicle purchase is agreed directly with us.
Vehicle information
Our stock is updated automatically several times a day. We take care that every price, mileage and specification shown is accurate, but cars can sell or change between updates and specifications come from data providers. Please confirm the details with us before you travel or commit to a purchase.
Finance
RHS Performance is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA number 987474). We act as a credit broker, not a lender. Finance is subject to status and income, and representative examples are for illustration only.
