About the Audi A6 Saloon

Used Audi A6 Saloon for Sale in Stoke-on-Trent

The Audi A6 Saloon is the executive four-door from Audi, sitting above the A4 and below the A8 in the company's range. The version offered here is the C7 generation, which was built from 2011 and was refreshed in 2014, with the saloon sharing its platform with the A6 Avant estate and the A7 Sportback. It combines a refined, quiet cabin with a large boot and a strong sense of quality, making it a popular choice for motorists covering long distances or carrying a lot of passengers and luggage.

Diesel examples, such as the 2.0 TDI found in the car listed here, are the most common choice on the used market. This engine is economical on the motorway and delivers relaxed, flexible pulling power, while the S line trim adds sportier styling, firmer suspension and extra interior detailing. Buyers will also come across petrol engines and quattro all-wheel drive versions, which are worth considering if you want extra traction in winter weather around Staffordshire.

Owners tend to praise the A6's comfortable ride, its high-grade interior materials and its sense of solidity on long journeys. Its infotainment and driver assistance features were advanced for their time, and many cars still feel modern today.

When viewing a used A6, check the full service history and confirm that cambelt or timing belt work has been carried out where required, as specified by Audi for the engine fitted. Look for signs of wear in the front suspension and steering, test the dual-clutch or automatic gearbox for smooth changes, and make sure any electronic systems and the infotainment unit work properly. If you are a regular motorist around Stoke-on-Trent, this is a comfortable and capable choice, and you can see the cars currently available below or get in touch to ask about this one.
